Vision and Mission
Wrap Canada is a national charitable organization dedicated to supporting the implementation of the Wraparound model across Canada (charitable number: 82054 3155 RR0001). Since our founding in 2008, we’ve worked alongside communities, agencies, and governments to help bring collaborative, person-centred care to Canadian communities.
Our vision
All people are thriving in vibrant and supportive communities.
Our mission is to build capacity across communities and systems to better serve individuals and families facing complex challenges, using Wraparound. We do this by providing training, resources, and support to programs across the country that want to deepen their impact and strengthen their teams.
In our work, we:
- Help organizations implement Wraparound with integrity and fidelity
- Offer training and mentorship to build skilled, confident facilitators
- Support communities in developing coordinated systems of care
- Advocate for relationship-based, community-driven approaches to wellbeing
