Jessie is from Winnipeg, Manitoba and is a dedicated mentor with the Intervention and Outreach Team at Norwest Co-op Community Health, one of Manitoba’s flagship Wraparound programs. There he plays a pivotal role in supporting and guiding youth. With a diploma in Youth Justice, Jessie is committed to empowering young individuals and helping them navigate their challenges.
In September 2025, Jessie will continue his academic journey at the University of Manitoba, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. His commitment to youth development is further demonstrated by his certification as a Wraparound Facilitator, a role in which he helps young people set and achieve their goals through the Wraparound process. Jessie’s approach centres on giving youth a voice and choice in their lives, believing strongly in the transformative power of this method. His work has made a noticeable impact, fostering positive changes and providing valuable support to the youth he serves.
