Reshawn is the Director of Programs at Rosalie Hall in Toronto, where she provides leadership to support the delivery of high quality, evidence-informed services to pregnant and parenting youth (12-29 years old), their children and families. Reshawn became involved in High Fidelity Wraparound 5-10 years ago through initial training, and the approach and process resonated with her. Directing Rosalie Hall’s Wraparound program (a collaboration with the Toronto Catholic Children’s Aid Society) has deepened her interest in Wraparound as an approach that is transferable to a variety of populations.
She has been actively involved in the ongoing development of a Canadian Wraparound Fidelity Index through the Rosalie Hall Wraparound initiative. Reshawn was appointed a Board member in February, 2025, and she is keen to further the reach and impact of the Wraparound model as a Board member of Wrap Canada.
